- QWhat are things to bring?

Bicycle rental, helmet, and cycling insurance are all included in the tour. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise, and bring a change of clothes and extra water for your ride.
- QCan I take pictures or videos during the tour?
- A
Yes, but please be respectful to other participants when taking photos and videos. The guide is also happy to take pictures for you.
- QWhen do you offer the tour?

Mainly on weekends. If you wish to join on other days, please feel free to contact us.
- QDo you offer a private tour?

Custom private tours can also be arranged — feel free to contact us to discuss your ideal plan.
- QCan we bring our own bikes?

Bringing your own bicycle is possible, but there are a few important notes to consider. Please contact us in advance for details.
- QWhat is your cancellation policy?

100% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour time. When you book via booking sites like “Viator”, please follow the booking site cancellation policies. In case of unavoidable circumstances result in cancellation by the organizer, we will provide a full refund.
