Booking & Payment

  • The experience price is shown on each product page and includes applicable taxes.
  • Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking.
  • Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information about your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your booking due to personal reasons, you may do so via your booking page up to the cancellation deadline specified for each product.
  • Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy of the product, minus any payment processing fees.
  • Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes by the Operator

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or other unavoidable situations.
  • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date where possible.

Participation Requirements

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation or cancellation without refund.
  • For cooking experiences, a private class is required for families with children under 3 years old, where applicable.
  • Please inform us at the time of booking of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • Participants take part in the experience at their own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the experience, except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
  • Participants are responsible for following the instructions of the host to ensure safety.
